Trop is a golden-rule-cultured company founded in March 2025, it was based on a vision of creating a professional, inviting, and healthy work environment where employees can grow their skills, enhance their well-being, and contribute to shaping the future of the industry.

We have redefined the traditional workplace by giving every team member unsalable stock shares, transforming them into co-owners who share in our collective success. Trop provides a full range of travel services, including accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and cruise bookings, ensuring memorable experiences for every traveler. Also, we offer Prestige services such as super and luxury car rentals, fine-dining restaurant reservations, helicopter tours, personalized reception, celebrity wishes, and special occasion arrangements.

As we expand our global presence, our goals remain simple yet powerful, which are to elevate employee journeys, deliver memorable experiences, support SOS and well-being initiatives, shape the future of the industry, and inspire the world by demonstrating that, with the right initiatives, we can create a better place.

Trop is the first company in the world to implement a new working-hours model, which is 6 hours per day within a 4-day workweek, officially introduced in March 2025.

A 100% eNPS is logically possible but has never been achieved before. As one of our main goals is to create a professional, inviting, and healthy work environment, we aim to do everything possible to maintain a 90%+ eNPS, before setting our sights even higher.

To manage performance effectively, we need a strong performance management system. Unlike other companies that simply copy one another’s approach, we are working hard to build a system that aligns with the nature of our business and supports employee well-being and satisfaction while ensuring a high service level that is provided to our customers.
